You now have the opportunity to pay for ASB & Yearbook online with your credit card.

 

Each student already has an account created.  Just read the directions near the top of the home page at the web store to log in.  (Ask your student if you do not know or remember their 5 digit ID #.  This number can also be found in the email confirmation you receive after submitting registration documents on the Aeries Parent Portal.)

 

Please read the details for ASB at the web store regarding students getting the ASB icon on their ID card. If a student can’t print or forgets to bring their receipt of ASB purchase with them to registration, they may ask for a reprint at registration (but will have to wait in the payment line to do so).

 

7/8 and 9/12 have separate items and separate web stores. Students will only be able to log in and purchase from their respective web store.

 

Please be aware that if you have a brand new student, they may not show up in our store just yet. We will be updating the database regularly, but new students have to reach the fully active status before they will have access to the web store. If you have a brand new student and get the message ‘Invalid Login Details’ when following the login instructions, please check back soon and/or send a check or cash in to registration with your student if they have been told to come.

 

Please note that there are processing fees associated with the online transaction and integration with our receipting and accounting system.  (These are clearly noted with each item.)
