Leslie Baldwin teaches eighth grade English for Small School 4 as well as the middle school drama elective. She received her English teaching credential from UC Irvine where she was mentored by the esteemed Dr.Carol Booth Olson, founder of the highly regarded UC Irvine Writing Project. Leslie also holds an MFA in theatre from Cal Arts. For the past 20 years, along with her husband, she has run Theatre Banshee, a critically acclaimed theatre company in Burbank. Leslie's other interests include adventure travel of all sorts, tomato gardening, reading, traditional Irish music, and hanging out with her husband and son and pets. She is equally passionate about cooking and food, and is currently trying to eat her way through Jonathan Gold's top 101 Restaurants in Los Angeles.
