LCHS 7/8 Girls Lacrosse 2026
 
LCHS 7/8 Girls Lacrosse is a no cut sport.  No prior experience or knowledge of lacrosse is required.  There will be an informational meeting on September 10th at 3:30pm in the C3 upstairs in the IRC.  Coach Ho will discuss the sign up process, practices dates, tentative game schedule, commitment, and program cost.  There will be a lacrosse exploratory session on September 15th at 3:30pm on the JV Softball field for new players who would like to try lacrosse and see if they like it.  LCHS 7/8 Girls Lacrosse is a great way to be part of a team, compete, stay active and make friendships that could last a lifetime.  Please check out our LCHS 7/8 Girls Lacrosse flyer.  We look forward to seeing you on September 10th. 
LCHS 7/8 Cross Country 2026
 
There was an informational meeting on August 26th during 7/8 lunch.  Coach Valadez went over the sign up process, practices dates, tentative meet dates, commitment, and program cost.  Please click on this link for a flyer with all the information for 2026.  Cross Country is a no cut sport and does not have a tryout.  Please reach out to Coach Valadez with any 7/8 Cross Country questions and concerns.  
LCHS 7/8 Girls Volleyball Tryouts

The Student ID Numbers of the players selected to play on our LCHS 7/8 JV and Varsity Volleyball teams are listed on the Girls Volleyball web page of this LCHS 7/8 Athletics website.  Our next practice will be on Wednesday, 8/26, in the LCHS South Gym, 3:30pm to 5:30pm.  We appreciate the efforts of all players who attended the tryout session.  If you don't make the team, please continue to work on your skills and tryout next year for the LCHS 7/8 Volleyball team or the LCHS 9-12 Volleyball team.
LCHS 7/8 Flag Football Tryouts
 
We would like to thank everyone who came out and put forth their best effort at the tryouts.  Student ID Numbers for the players who made the LCHS 7/8 JV and Varsity Flag Football teams are posted on the LCHS 7/8 Athletics Flag Football web page.  Due to the excessive heat forecast for this week, our next practice will be on Monday, 8/31, 3:30pm to 5:30pm, on the LCHS JV Baseball Field on the South end of campus near Berkshire.  Thank you for your efforts, patience, and flexibility.  We're looking forward to a tremendous season.
